Tolerance Homes offers a full package which is designed to meet your individual requirements to ensure your peace of mind that your property is being looked after and maintained during your absence.

A - Before purchase:

Upon your request we can arrange hotel reservations and transfers if you haven’t booked a full package with flights, transfers and accommodation. Note that accommodation and transfers are refundable on purchase providing this has been booked and arranged through us.

B - During Purchase:

1. Purchasing assistance with Turkish Authorities to include the completion of the application form and other requested documents before sending them to the Army Headquarters in Izmir.

2. Obtaining a tax number from the State Tax Office.

3. Setting up a bank account.

4. Providing a certified official translater service.

C - After Purchase / Service Package (€ 150 annually):

After you buy property we want you feel protected and comfortable expecting our support and sevice! For this reason we suggest you a service package included everything you may need during your staying in Turkey.  

1. Organizing transfers from/to the airport.

2. Paying all the utility bills such as electricity, water and telephone on your behalf.

3. Paying property tax on your behalf

4. Insuring your property and dealing with insurance company on your behalf.

5. Helping to buy furniture, technics and other things for your apartment.

6. Helping in communication with any companies making service for your apartment.

7. Finding plumbers,electricians,painters,etc...

8. Helping to find a cleaning company for your apartment.

9. Monthly routine security checks.

10. Helping with rent a car services.

11. Car buying assistance.

12. Organization of your holiday, excursions, trips.

13. Offering transfer services and accomodation to your guests.
